Shawn Bryant

My name is Shawn Bryant. I am from Dayton Ohio born and raised. I’ve been a musician my whole life. I’ve started Drums at the age of two and Bass guitar at age 12. I’ve graduated from Stivers school for the arts class of 2017. I am currently a member of the Gateway Cathedral Church of God in Christ and I’ve served as a minstrel at the Mount Pisgah Church for years. I have also had the opportunity to serve as a minstrel for some of the greatest artists in gospel music, such as Karen Clark Sheard, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Zacardi Cortez, Richard Smallwood, Jekalyn Carr and so much more. I was nominated for best bass player of the year for the Ohio gospel music awards won. And last Christmas I  released my first EP known as the best gift ever.
