In their words
The room, in their words.
From the artists, honorees, and guests who have been through the doors.
"This feels like the Grammys."
"The Kingdom Image Awards in Columbus was a time. I have been to so many events of its type, and the organizer and her team ranked in the top 2 for being hospitable, detail oriented, caring, and attentive. The catering, the band, the singers, the audio. Bravo."
"The KIA production has proven to be incredibly uplifting to me. It is more than just a production. It energizes, lightens, and yes, is healing to me."
"I had a blast at my first ever Kingdom Image Awards production. The red carpet experience was out of my comfort zone, but I took up the charge to live in the moment. Well done, per usual."
"This is one of a kind performing arts center. Love, love, love."

Questions
The things people ask most.
Written the way a parent, an adult taking a class, a founder, a donor, or a volunteer would actually type it into Google or ask a chatbot. Still stuck? Call (614) 934-5012.
For parents
What afterschool programs are in Columbus for kids ages 5 to 13?
Kingdom Image Arts runs Kingdom Kidz at 2501 Mock Road for ages 5 to 13, Monday through Friday. Before care runs 7:00 to 8:30am and afterschool runs 2:30 to 6:00pm, with S.T.E.A.M. academic support, music, art, production, and a balanced meal. We provide transportation from school within the 43211, 43219 and 43224 zip codes, and we follow the Columbus City Schools calendar for closures. Summer camp runs separately.
How much does Kingdom Kidz cost, and are scholarships available?
Contact us for current rates. Scholarships cover part or all of tuition for families who qualify, and no family is turned away for cost. Apply on the Kingdom Kidz page or call us.
When does summer camp enrollment open?
Summer camp enrollment opens each spring, usually in February. Add your name on the Kingdom Kidz page and we will email you the day it opens.
For adults: M.A.P. Academy
Are there art, music, or production classes for adults in Columbus?
Yes. M.A.P. Academy is open to every age and every skill level, adults included, at 2501 Mock Road. Music covers singing, playing, writing, and recording. Art covers drawing and design, photography, animation, sewing, and baking. Production covers lighting, sound, video, radio, and content built for a screen. Classes are taught by working artists.
Do I need any experience to take a M.A.P. Academy class?
No. Every session is built for all skill levels, and most people who walk in have never taken a class in the thing they signed up for. The arts are the focal point, not the boundary: if you have never held the instrument, the camera, or the sewing machine, that is the room you are meant to be in.
When can I start, and how often do sessions run?
Classes run across three sessions a year: Spring, Summer, and Fall / Winter. So there is never more than a few months before the next way in. Register on the M.A.P. Academy page and we will tell you the moment the next session opens.
How much does M.A.P. Academy cost?
Contact us for current rates by session. M.A.P. is built to be reachable at every skill level and every income, so ask us before you count yourself out. Email info@kiarts.live or call (614) 934-5012.
For adults: Entrepreneur University
Is there a small business program in Columbus for new entrepreneurs?
Entrepreneur University at Kingdom Image Arts runs weekly courses with an Academic Dean across four quarters a year, for owners at every stage from the first plan to a company that sustains itself. You leave with a full business portfolio, real documents and assets rather than notes.
Do I have to be an artist to join Entrepreneur University?
No. It is open to any owner in any field: a storefront, a service business, a trade, a nonprofit idea. Artists and entertainment professionals are one of the audiences we serve, never the requirement.
What does the curriculum actually cover?
Thirteen areas, going deeper each quarter: Education, Health and Wellness, Business Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finances, Project Management, Intellectual Property, Technology, Human Resources, Real Estate, Career Opportunities, and Business Partnerships.
What if I only have an idea and no business yet?
That is a starting point, not a disqualifier. The program is built to move someone from an idea to a business they own, and each quarter steps both the business and your investment in it up a level.
When does the next cohort start, and what does it cost?
Register on the Entrepreneur University page and we will send you the next start date and current rates. KIA Academy members take part tuition free for the full year of their membership.
Who do I talk to before I sign up?
Email dwhiteside@kiarts.live for Entrepreneur University, info@kiarts.live for M.A.P. Academy, or call (614) 934-5012 and ask for the program by name.
